First Course:

Squid ink Paella, Maine lobster and Saffron aioli

Paired with Juan Gil Blanco, Dry Muscat


Second Course:

Jamón Serrano and Manchego Croqueta, Garlic almond cream

Paired with Tridente Tempranillo


Third Course: 

“Dos Corderos” Grilled lamb chop with honey-mint salsa + lamb shank albóndiga with braised cabbage and fried green olives.

Paired with Juan Gil 18 meses and Gil Family Can Blau


Fourth Course: 

Churro bread pudding , cocoa sauce, Jerez butterscotch and 

chocolate-cherry ice cream.

Paired with Alaya Tierra Garnacha Tintorera (Alicate Bouchet)
